Refund policy

Returns

Our return and exchange policy lasts 14 days from the date of order. If 14 days have passed since the date of your order, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items, discounted items, or promotional items may not be eligible for a refund unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Products may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of order, provided that the item is unused, unopened, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges are applicable if the item received has a size issue, defect, damage, or if an incorrect item was delivered.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your approved return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate or store credit may be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping

To return your product, please send us an email at info@ediplomat.ae with your order details, and our team will contact you back with the return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
